In partnership and on behalf of the City of Detroit, the the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation (DEGC) seeks proposals from qualified development teams or end users to construct a high-quality commercial project at:

• 6370 West Vernor Highway

Interested parties are invited to submit their qualifications as Proposers wishing to submit a proposal must submit two (2) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy of a Statement of Qualifications and a Development Proposal as described to Detroit Economic Growth Corporation, 500 Griswold Street, Suite 2200, Detroit, MI 48226 by no later than 3:00 p.m. on May 16, 2025, attention Kaci Jackson.
